Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
• Successfully leading the implementation of a Women’s forum in order to drive focus and action on equity, diversity and inclusion agenda. This has resulted in a newly built community in which women can openly voice their opinions.
• Working in partnership with finance BP’s and Vice President, successfully created resource plan to ensure full plan in place for function within the agreed budget.
• Leading the Leadership Development agenda: working with the learning team and external vendors to deliver leadership development training and opportunities to over 400 employees.
