Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
It is a very mixed role. No two roles even in the same function are the same. I do monthly performance analysis, work with agencies, work on partnerships, work with cross functional teams and on innovation projects. It is a well rounded, enjoyable programme.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I have approved a number of important projects, worked as a project lead on a limited edition range for the value channel. I have led briefs to agencies for our partnerships. LOTS of independence, always with the promise of support and guidance.

I have learned how to properly analyse the P&L, I have learned about best practices for advertising points. I have developed presentation & teamwork skills as well as a number of role specific skills!
