Innovation Labs Presales Associate Review

My role in presales involves liasing with different teams to create interactive content such as landing pages, hype videos, and other creative requests to support customer presentations and information of SAP solutions. I'm also involved in facilitating experience days and events to help with building engagements with partners and customers.

I believe so, as I was given the creative freedom when working on my tasks. In doing so, I was also able to develop a sense of leadership. My team had entrusted me to fulfill my responsibilities without needing much supervision.

The technical knowledge I've had from university were enhanced greatly throughout my role - such as web development, Adobe software, and programming.
In terms of soft skills, I have developed a strong sense of teamwork as well as confidence. Furthermore, my role has given me new persepectives and insights which led to an increase in creativity.

A lot of support was given by my team and they never hesitated to give me some of their time whenever I needed help. From day 1, I have felt the encouragement and support provided and that still hasn't stopped until now. It's nice to know that there's always a helping hand available whenever I needed it.

The company atmosphere fosters a great deal of growth when it comes to professional development. The culture is very respectful, supportive, inclusive and provides an area where it's easy to get along with everyone. There's always an opportunity to learn from and use it to reach one's career goals.

I have enjoyed my placement to a great extent - it's almost impossible to describe how incredible it had been. I truly felt that I have grown as a professional individual and SAP definitely has nurtured me into being the person who I am today. Furthermore, I now have an idea of the career path I'd like to take.
