Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I lead a customer success programme where I create and promote videos on our customers and their transformation journey with SAP. I support team projects across all solutions, tasks include launching a webinar series, creating event landing pages and supporting with physical event management.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes. My team gave me a lot of responsibility to lead my own projects, make decisions and drive my own processes.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I received a lot of support from the existing intern when I joined and then from my manager and team members throughout my placement. The placement team have also been an open channel for help.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Very accepting and welcoming, very supportive of young talent and giving opportunities to interns. Many people work at home so the offices are quiet but had a good atmosphere with the other placement students and on team days.
