As a Talent Intelligence Associate, I joined the global team supporting Talent Intelligence Consultants on project work including specific market unit diversity initiatives. I had the opportunity to conduct talent research and basic external data analysis, seeking patterns and anomalies.

Yes, I have had the opportunity to conduct talent research and basic external data analysis, seeking patterns and anomalies and also supported ad-hoc projects.
