Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I handle internal communications for employees, as well as external communications and public relations for SAP. On a day to day basis this includes creating and sending internal emails and newsletters, and handling media articles and press releases.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, I had total responsibility over writing internal emails and newsletters for employees, as well as admin responsibilities. There were opportunities for my own projects.
