My role involves working within the Support Team in the Tablet Packaging area. This may include checking batch documentation before it is sent to Quality Approval, completing environmental reports, completing investigations on any quality issues and assisting with any improvement projects.

Yes, I have been given the responsibility on improvements projects and I have had the opportunity to organise meetings and conversations with a variety of staff within the site in order to resolve my improvement projects.

During my time, I have developed my communication skills as this role requires communication with staff in a variety of roles and I have also been able develop my ability to work on my own initiative to drive improvements.

The support and guidance I have received during my placement has been fantastic. My line manager has been really supportive and is always open to me asking questions whenever I had queries.

The company culture and general atmosphere is lovely. The staff are very welcoming and willing to teach you about the different aspects of site as well as the inclusiveness within the teams is great also.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement. I have had the opportunity to meet a variety of staff who work in different roles and have been kind enough to share their experiences of the industry with me. Also, I have learnt a lot about the industry but also the business and my line manager was very supportive and put me forward for a wide range of opportunities which allowed me to learn more about the company.
