Yes, from an early stage I was given both internal and external responsibility, and ended up managing all categories in a customer account. There has also been opportunities to take on extra responsibility, such as being a mentor in the Movement to Work Scheme.

The responsibility given to placement students means loads of skills can be developed. Personal development has a real focus, and loads of learning materials are shared. I have learnt and developed a multitude of skills, including: negotiation, confidence, resilience...

My whole placement has been virtual due to C19, however I have managed to feel a real part of the team despite this. There are opportunities to connect with colleagues through virtual coffee chats, radio shows, and team social events. The culture is really welcoming, friendly, and supportive
