Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The programme includes series of sharing from bankers to help participants learn more about the financial advisory industry, current market dynamics, and essential toolkit of an incoming analyst. It also gives participants the chance to work in a group project to get a taste of the business. Also, participants have the opportunity to job shadow an analyst to get a close observation of the job.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The close interactions with bankers of different levels spanning from MD to analysts allow me to learn about the company and industry well, which also help me become clearer on my career path.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture is very down-to-earth and kind - everyone I interacted with was very keen and open to share their own experiences and thoughts with me. The overall atmosphere of working there was really nice.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoy the programme very much, not just because I grow a lot as an individual, but also as a person working in a team that deals with complicated matters such as those in the investment banking industry.
