Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
(1) Value Vault - which is used to record value snippets & eventually turned out one of the KPIs for CSMs after receiving recognition in EMEA All Hands & received the award for 'Immediate Impact Winner'. In addition, it is implemented at a global level too now.
(2) EMEA Hub - created an engaging & interactive website for EMEA CSMs in MS teams with all essential links that a CSM & manager needs to perform their duties. Received appreciation from the leadership level team & launched it live on 18th April with the next steps to expand it for the America region too.
Day to day tasks:
-Building strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to learn & share best practices.
- Supporting and driving the adoption of Adobe products across different Customer Success teams.
- Attend customer meetings to learn how their business objectives align with Adobe products to generate value realization.

Whenever in need, I always received support & guidance from everyone on the team which helped to understand various industries, products, and the whole eco-system in which a CSM operates.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It is transparent, diverse & inclusive. And I always felt like I have been working here for more than my placement period...feeling connected with the company & team so well.
I loved that as an intern, I had the same benefits as a permanent employee and especially volunteer opportunities - being able to offer my time & skills to the community.
