Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Mixture of (1) timetabled talks/presentations from lawyers at the firm, (2) group client pitch exercise, (3) working with/work shadowing an associate and (4) informal socials with other vac scheme students, trainees and partners
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Presentations and working with an associate provided helpful insight into what lawyers at the firm do day-to-day. Also highlighted to me the firm's strength and position in the market.
