Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

-Sourcing, screening & presenting diverse talent pools from the EMEA talent market
-Liaising with hiring managers and key stakeholders regarding candidates
-Organising and assisting in events for current Adobe interns, graduates and potential leads. This include DE&I initiatives, insight days, socials with partnering companies (e.g IBM) and CSR activities
-Head of Talent Communications and Event Scheduling
-Creating and distributing a ‘Competitor Insights’
Newsletter-a monthly newsletter covering the EMEA market and the latest updates regarding Adobe's competitors

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes- Ive presented projects to senior leadership, been given my own job roles to hire for (selected candidates to go for interview) and have done talks at universities (unscripted)

Very supportive. Everyone is willing to talk to you and invest time in your development. There are lots of socials and they have a very inclusive culture.
