Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I completed the Fisher German insight programme over 3rd April-6th April virtually. We learned about both surveying and planning.
Fisher German gave us talks on the each of their sectors that they offer at the company. It was very in-depth and at the end of the week we had a couple talks about CV skills and personal development

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
At times it was over whelming trying to get my head around different terms and language I had not heard before as I come from a Graphic design background wanting a career change. However understanding the different roles available was great! There was some roles talked about that I didn’t know anything about previously and I really enjoyed it

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Yeah! I learned so much over the few days. I learned that I definitely want to work with this company next year as a graduate. The company seems very organised and they look after their graduates and other staff like family. I loved that the company provides sporting opportunities too! Like cricket 🏏

It was online - however the company’s culture felt strong and the atmosphere felt as though everyone is tight knit and work great across board
