- communication and consultation with landowners impacted by infrastructure schemes such as the construction of a new water pipeline
- engagement with various stakeholders: client, contractors, landowners, other consultants, colleagues etc
- reporting and advising the client on land matters
- dealing with compensation claims
- negotiating access for surveys
