Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
During my insight, I would work alongside my graduate mentor, approaching real work tasks and developing my knowledge of what happens in my department and why.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I would say that learning about potential roles was a weakness of the insight week. I would have liked to have heard more about the opportunities between first year and graduation.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was very inclusive and positive. Despite being an insight student, I was warmly welcomed into the office and treated as an actual employee with respect.
