Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Liaising with various members of the team to understand the projects that they where working on and helping with any work that was sent my way. As well as attending various scheduled meetings to understand the company and talk to people who where away.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very easy to understand the various roles that the company does. Speaking to my mentor and other graduate members on my team really helped me understand the process to become accredited.
It would be helpful to understand the journey after the graduate program for more people, however I did receive some understanding of this through talking to people on my team

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
As the company is divided into smaller teams there is a very friendly atmosphere within a large corporation. There does not appear to be a large amount of collaboration between teams, however people appear to make friends in their graduate cohort

I really enjoyed the insight program that Savills offered. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to have a better understanding of a property development team
