Insight into property management Review

During my insight week, I was able to shadow my mentor and gain a deeper knowledge as to what it is someone within the project management team at Savills does. I was also given tasks to do such as reading through leases and extracting key information, creating budgets and schedules. Having reads of different scenarios the team has faced in the past. Also had online Q&As and talks

They made it exciting to learn about the business and potential roles, by giving practical experience in the fields of work, they gave me projects and responsibilities which added to the depth of the experience. They also did Q&As and workshops in which they provided information about the company and the vast array of roles

I have developed greater communication skills while interacting with the team, I have increased my technical abilities on excel, I have also gained analytical skills while reading leases and have been able to extract the exact information I need.

The company culture was amazing and so was the general atmosphere of the office, as everyone was nice and friendly and welcoming. They made me feel at ease and not like an outsider, they also provided me with help and answered any questions I had. This made the experience even greater.

I thoroughly enjoyed the insight week due to the knowledge I gained and to how much I had fun in the office with the different people here.
