Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

On a day-to-day basis we would have a look at our emails and see which one of our clients had replied back. We will then proceed to draft wayleave or Deed of Easement agreements for our clients for a finished project. Communicating with contractors over the phone to find out what our next steps are. Then we will go on site to take images for a pre work Record of Condition.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was great to understand about the business and gave me a huge insight for future roles. I now know what is required to excel within this firm and throughout similar positions which is a real positive for me.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture prioritised hard work and structure when it comes to achieving objectives and tackling tasks. The atmosphere within my positive was highly positive and engaging and I looked forward to spending time with my team.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I highly enjoyed this insight. It gave me a real look into the firm and allowed me to develop my personal skills. I felt valued whilst on projects and tasks and it was quite evident that my opinion mattered.
