What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The culture was familial, close-knit, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere was also great: it was fantastic to be surrounded by sharp and ambitious people who were willing to provide advice and insight. It made us see in real life what the firm means when it says it competes on intellectual capital.
