Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
- Sat with an associate in the real estate finance department.
- Completed a group project which required us to come up with how the firm could improve its environmental initiatives, and presented this to a panel.
- Attended numerous workshops/ presentations giving an insight into the firm and commercial law generally.
- Networked with lawyers from across the firm, with all different levels of seniority.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
I was surprised by how willing everyone was to introduce themselves to me, particularly with where I was sat. This made the week very enjoyable as I felt very welcomed and felt there were many people I could reach out to if I felt I needed support.
