Overall, how would you describe your experience at A&O Shearman?
I enjoy my role, which can be difficult but is always rewarding. Although experiences will vary based on team, in my experience A&O Shearman provides a very effective training contract.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Transactional management, legal analysis, and inter partes correspondence. Opportunities to undertake meaningful legal analysis can on occasion be rare, these are the most enjoyable aspects of the role.
