The experience was incredibly professional and welcoming from staff

assisting students in day to day making
Demonstrating glass processes and creative making techniques to improve knowledge
Stock management
Studio maintenance and management

I didnt get any perks other than holiday reimursement

It allowed me to continue in the glass industry where there arent many jobs and gain valueble experience in a corporate hotshop

Time wasnt available due to understaffing for sufficient training. Information I used had been previously earned from previous roles
