It was very easy to understand and comprehend the knowledge and information delivered about the business and roles available. The Associates, Managers and VPs were extremely helpful with any questions and any misconceptions/confusions about the business and the roles.

Learnt and enhanced the following skills:
- to look at every angle of a problem, come up with actionable solutions, and execute on ideas that maximize outcomes.
- to embrace a whatever-it-takes mindset, push ourselves beyond our comfort zones, and challenge ourselves to continuously improve.

The culture and atmosphere at AlphaSights was extremely diverse, inclusive, open and kind. The culture was very results-driven, client-focused while nurturing towards the employees.
