Overall, how would you describe your experience at AlphaSights?
The fast-paced aspect of AlphaSights has kept me engaged and allowed me to develop my soft skills more than in any other role I have had. Having to juggle so many different projects, priorities and client requests means you constantly need to be switched on and be very adaptive.
The new joiner class I joined was a great group of people and we have had a good time learning and growing together both in the office and outside it.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy sitting in on client interactions and demos to get an understanding of where we fit in their workflow. Learning more about their deal process, but also teaching them about new features, really helps develop relationships and grow users.

Weekly and monthly check ins with trainers and managers preset and the option to increase this support is always there

Sometimes, days can be late with projects coming in towards the end of the day, but that is the benefit of working in a client-facing role and allows you to separate yourself from competitors in the industry who are not willing to put the extra time in.
However, for the most part, I can finish to time and attend activities after work like the gym etc
