Overview of the Role
Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The aspects I enjoy most are the variety of projects, the opportunity to work on nationally significant renewable energy schemes, and the mix of technical, commercial and client-facing work. I particularly enjoy valuation work and helping clients understand how renewable energy projects affect the value and management of their land assets.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?
Please list & explain which perks & benefits you find most valuable
MRICS/APC support – invaluable for professional development and achieving chartered status.
Hybrid working – provides flexibility and supports work-life balance.
Annual leave entitlement – helps maintain wellbeing and work-life balance.
Pension contributions – valuable long-term financial benefit.
Training and development opportunities – exposure to both technical and professional skills training.
Wide variety of projects and clients – although not a formal benefit, this provides excellent experience and career development opportunities.
