Overall, how would you describe your experience at DXC?
Overall, my experience at DXC has been positive. I have had the opportunity to develop both technically and professionally through training, certifications, shadowing opportunities, and involvement in wider business activities. The graduate programme has provided a supportive environment to learn, build confidence, and expand my skills while preparing for my transition into my role.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The role involves supporting the management of environments, coordinating with different teams, and helping to ensure processes and activities are completed effectively. It also involves learning and developing an understanding of the systems, tools, and processes that support successful delivery.
The aspects I enjoy most are the variety of the work, the opportunity to continuously learn new skills, and collaborating with different teams. I particularly enjoy gaining exposure to new technologies and being able to build my knowledge through both training and practical experience.
