Supporting wider pieces and working with directors. I enjoy the client facing side of things.

Plenty of support in strong teams but some individuals in certain teams not so much but that is expected.
How is your work-life balance?

Depends on the rotation but 80% of time great but when i was in an investment team it was almost non existent at times but that is expected.

Savills is known as one of the best, if not the best, grad employers and it shows.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Savills?
Have relevant experience where possible through work shadowing etc which you will need to organise yourself. Don't underestimate your non-property experience such as retail as shows willingness. Try to keep on top of topical issues and have a basic understanding of residential and commercial property before applying.
