Environmental compliance on site, finding and implementing new opportunities for environmental/sustainable practice improvements.

There is a significant support network, no questions left unanswered, with many support resources. Department staff are incredibly helpful and always willing to listen.
How is your work-life balance?

The project I am personally on has some unique challenges for access which uses some time in my day - meaning I have a bit less personal time than in an office with standard access.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Positive and welcoming atmosphere. There is some option to work remote from home, however, this is role and site dependent. Not an option without reason for my position.

Great amount of support for onboarding new graduates with a real desire to improve through a set scheme allowing a range of experiences.

Role is mostly what was advertised however, there are some parts of the job not detailed on the original advert which could have been valuable to add.
