Amazing people and community, lots of interesting project to work at, great support

Writing tests for testbenches, debugging design, raising issues with design team, coverage closure, milestone reviews

Never had to interact with HR, would appreciate having more frequent 1-1s with line manager as it felt like I just got a generic review during our meetings, didn't really interact with my buddy.
I think the main issue was that as I was in the team for over a year already, many people assumed I was a fully knowledgeable and experienced engineer, when in fact I still felt quite insecure about my skills

How is your work-life balance?

It swings a lot. During deadlines I tend to work overtime a lot, however, for the past 4 months I haven't really done much as we release a product and went into investigation phase for a new product. I can already feel though that tasks are starting to accumulate and the following year will be very stressful
