Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I was assisting the actuarial team by completing work such as calculating transfer values, reviewing historic member files and completing any other relevant tasks as required.

Yes, all the work I was doing was actual client work.

A lot, the team were very friendly and made me feel like I could ask as many questions as I needed to. I also had regular catchups with my line manager, and the team working on a project I was also on.

The team were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had the opportunity to take part in a number of their socials as well, which allowed us to get to know each other better.

What advice would you give to others applying to Isio

Not sure. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel much calmer during my interview, which I was very nervous about. The application process is quite simple. After the online application, there is an online test and then an in person final interview.
