Why?
BIG YES. I would absolutely recommend Arm to a friend. What stands out most to me is the combination of genuinely challenging work, the opportunity to learn from highly talented people, and the chance to contribute to technology that has a real impact at global scale. I also really value the collaborative culture and the level of trust and ownership people are given. It feels like a place where you can keep growing, take on meaningful challenges, and work alongside people who care about doing great work. For someone who is curious, ambitious, and wants to build a strong career in technology, I would recommend Arm without hesitation.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Arm?
A few things stood out to me. I’d recommend being genuinely curious about Arm, its technology, and the impact of the work rather than preparing only for the specific role. During the recruitment process, be clear about your experience, but also show how you think, collaborate, and approach unfamiliar problems.
For onboarding, my main advice would be to ask lots of questions, make the most of the people around you, and give yourself time to understand how everything fits together. There is a lot to learn, so being proactive, open-minded, and willing to connect with different teams makes the experience much smoother.
