Incredible - I am surrounded by lots of talented people and perform meaningful work, which is developing me both technically and non-technically.

My manager has been very supportive since I started, and I’ve also found the wider support available across the company really helpful. There are plenty of ways to get guidance or assistance when needed.

It's a very welcoming atmosphere, most people are very happy to have a chat if needed. There is hybrid working policy here.

Why?
I’d recommend working here because there’s a supportive environment, interesting and engaging work, and plenty of opportunities to learn and develop. I also really value the work-life balance and the fact that people are approachable and willing to help. I’ve felt well supported since joining and have had a positive experience settling into my role.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Arm?
For applications, I’d say just be yourself and show how you think. Everyone has different strengths, so focus on what you can bring and don’t worry about having the perfect answer. Show that you’re genuinely interested in the role, talk through your thinking, ask questions, and stay curious throughout the process
For onboarding, I'd recommend asking lots of questions and using the support around you. Don't feel like you need to know everything straight away. Stay positive and curious, and overtime you will naturally gain more knowledge and experience.
