Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arm?
It has been a great experience, I've been able to learn a lot and work on many different things. At the same time the pay is very good and so are the benefits available to us.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Main responsibilities I've had so far is working on different tasks either on my own or with other team members for developing APIs, front-end design, bug fixes, dev ops work, etc. I have also had the opportunity to mentor an intern and help design their summer project.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I feel like most of my work is valued highly by the team as it is necessary to the function of our applications.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

It's very good, flexible working hours, good financial bonuses, lots of paid holiday, and other perks such as free eye tests, etc.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

I am getting lots of good experience and it feels like the things I am learning are setting me up well for the future.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

I have plenty of opportunities to learn in my role doing the normal tasks, but I am also encouraged to spend time developing new skills through online courses, getting certifications, and researching new technologies.

General atmosphere is very good for quite a large company, it still feels reasonably human for now.
