Assisted in drafting Calderbank acceptance forms and Calderbank authorisation letters, fee proposals and briefing notes.
Analysed leases to create lease summaries to inform rent reviews.
Practiced calculating net effective rent and day one rent to inform clients and decision making.
2nd rotation Property Management
Undertaking a service charge reconciliation and then drafting service charge reconciliation and budget reports for occupiers and a quarterly report for the client
Dealt with insurance claims.
Involved in the CRAR process to retrieve outstanding rent arrears.
Read legislation including, Heads of Terms and leases (new, reversionary and renewals), and analysed these by compiling lease summaries used to update tenancy schedules.
