Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
• Cost performance management for SLT portfolios.
• Headcount management and analysis across supported portfolios.
• Monitoring and analysis of cost base and labour costs.
• Supporting financial planning and forecasting, including the EIT and D&A - IBP process.
• Providing high-quality financial outputs and analysis during demanding planning cycles.
• Supporting senior stakeholders with cost and performance information for decision-making.
Most enjoyed element was learning and developing my skills to manage stakeholder and their budgets through active discussions.
