Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
My experience has been very positive. I have enjoyed the role, the people and the culture. There are strong learning and development opportunities, good benefits, and excellent professional and personal support. I have felt welcomed by the various teams and have been given the opportunity to develop both technically and personally.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities include property management across a retail portfolio, including tenant liaison, arrears management, service charge administration, licence management, reporting to clients, and reviewing lease documentation. I am also involved in preparing client reports, coordinating with legal and accounts teams, and assisting with day to day asset management activities.
The elements I enjoy most are the variety of the role and the level of responsibility given to graduates. I particularly enjoy working directly with tenants and clients, problem solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish. I have also enjoyed the opportunity to develop both my technical property knowledge and my professional skills while working with supportive colleagues across the business.

To a great extent. I have been trusted with meaningful responsibilities and feel that my contributions have a genuine impact on the team and our clients
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I appreciate the wider benefits and development opportunities offered. However, I do not feel that my compensation fully reflects the cost of living in London. Given the high costs associated with housing, transport and general living expenses, there are affordability issues for most graduates.
