I am having an excellent experience at Savills, the graduate programme is very well run and structured to ensure the maximum amount of learning and exposure to the job is available
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Assisting on valuations throughout the whole process from instruction to issuing the report. Including inspections, due diligence and report writing

This graduate scheme has been more insightful and enjoyable than I could have ever hoped for. The structure for learning and professional development is second to none and on top of that, the office has a welcoming and fun culture which ensures the job remains engaging and allows for strong relationships to form with colleagues.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

The recruitment process was very true to the role, benefitted by the face to face aspect of the assessment centre, making it clear the requirements and expectations
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Savills?
Experience and attitude are paramount. Attack the process with an open mind and a drive to grow your understanding. Someone who becomes immersed in the industry they hope to join, displaying a real engagement with recent global and national updates is a more appealing candidate.
