Had the chance to address feedback and comments on deliverables multiple times (though, at times, with greater degrees of guidance and direction)

Analysts and associates were always incredibly willing to provide help regarding tasks and give check-ups to make sure we were both coping and progressing well
HR representatives and the recruitment team voiced on multiple occasions to reach out if we had any concerns, questions or queries

Very strong collaborative culture where people sought to seek help from and provide guidance to their teams - despite being a massive multinational investment bank

People were very nice and supportive, even during stressful, pressurised situations - atypical of the wider industry
General atmosphere was incredibly positive - very energetic and welcoming especially to newcomers
