Overall, how would you describe your experience at DXC?
It has been a good experience, had the opportunity to do multiple different events and been heavily involved in an AI Enablement role.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Coordinating AI Enablement sessions for our B&P and Sales roles. Also assisted on some global initiatives. Additionally worked on exiting existing programs

Ability to buy extra days off is a great perk. Mix of working at home and office days makes the week feel better. Also have recognition points for achieving goals

Had great experience in the role I am currently in. Unsure on what I'd like to do in the future so cannot say fully. But have built on presenting, coordinating and confidence skills in the last 2 years which will be super useful
