I have had various roles and the work has differed for each. I have usually delivered operations management and managed small project through the teams i have worked for. Setting calls, managing stakeholders, delivering presentations, analysing data.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Everyone I have worked with have been amazing. The support has been incredile and the work I have been able to apply to my degree has been perfect. I have found myself let down by the business due to a lack of career progression in salary and promotion. However, I can not take anything away from the teams I have worked with and the managers who have mentored me.

From my experience there is no career progression. It takes to long and hopes have been raised and then let down.
