The company culture is good, there is a tendency for people to work outside working hours but that is highly individual and most people tend to have a good work-life balance.

I have had a really good experience on my placement. There has been lots of good opportunities for me to develop and grow as well as working on lots of different types of work streams. However, I did have mostly desk based data analysis work. While this was what I was expecting going into the placement some of the work was very manual and time consuming. Despite this I still had a really good time and learnt a lot from the people I worked with.
