Overall, how would you describe your experience at Virgin Media O2?
It has been good, we are given a lot of opportunities to grow and develop.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The roles across the 3 years on the scheme are very different. In our first year we are in the management accounting team in Bradford and this is very process based. I had responsibility over the journals in my area and had to make sure that at month end everything ran smoothly. Second year is a finance business partner role and you work with multiple teams as a point of contact to then work with them to forecast and budget.
