Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?

Yes

Why?

Work life balance.

How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

4/5
Matched relatively well. Overall when applying for the role, the job description seemed to represent a generic manufacturing engineers job, however when placed in your role, you will be more specialised in one area of manufacturing compared to an all round manufacturing engineer.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to BAE Systems?

Consider your previous relevant experiences that show your competence in the role you are applying for. Also, understanding BAE's behaviours and values and showing you have displayed these in your previous experiences will benefit your application.
