Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
I would say ive had a great experience so far with BAE, i get to work of some world changing projects whilst working in a team with lots of experience to learn from.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities are writing case reports to give overall reliability and maintainability advice.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

most of my work contributes to a bigger largescale project and i feel my team value my ideas and contribution
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

the compensation package is very good with lots of perks and benefits and i would say it equals out to the work i do

I feel like I'm gaining lots of experience in my role with exposure to lots of different avenues.

How is the support you receive?

i have had some great support especially from my team and line manager, as well as from other graduates within the business. there are also lots of other support options available i haven't used yet such as mentors.
How is your work-life balance?

the work life balance i have is great, flexible working times and a hybrid working make it so easy to deal with personal time as well as making it easier to attend the gym and social events outside of work.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

There is a very good culture in my opinion both in general and from an early careers perspective, we do lots of social activities and meals outside of work which also helps with this.

i think its a great place to work with great benefits and flexibility to have a good work life balance. and there are so many opportunities for career growth and skills development.

i would probably just say to showcase your skills, i found that my transferable skills were most important
