Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Conducting research, creating conditions trackers, drafting cover letters/applications, and helping to support the Planning team in a variety of work.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Varied. All my work was important, relevant and real, however, some was more vital then others. Most notably I was given the responsibility of drafting and submitting a Discharge of Conditions application which was important.

A positive friendly team that works hard, however, the wider Savills organisation could be more diverse especially from a socio-economic perspective and the intake of interns

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

Overall a valuable experience that showcased a variety of their work, however, I am personally more passionate and interested in other areas. This experience has been useful in determining my future career ambitions
