Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Day to day my job is to help with the valuations of farms, estates and portfolios for banks, accounts or tax purposes. This includes finding comparable evidence, due diligence checks and calculations.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Throughout the year I was given more responsibility to the point where I would be given a complete valuation to undertake from start to finish.
