Overall, how would you describe your experience at Boeing UK?
Great network of people within the company who you can learn and be mentored from. Support is always their which is great for someone who is just starting out their career. Benefits are good and work life balance is also their with flexible working hours as long as you complete your full working day.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I'm a Test Analyst and the main responsibility is translating requirements into testable cases, designing and executing manual and automated tests logging and tracking defects to closure, maintaining test artifacts and environments, and reporting coverage and quality risks to inform release decisions while collaborating closely with developers and product owners; what many enjoy most about the role is the problem-solving involved in reproducing tricky bugs, the creative freedom of exploratory testing, the satisfaction of building automation that saves time, the opportunity to learn the product deeply, and the visible impact of preventing defects from reaching users.
