Recoveries - Overlooking the status of different recovery jobs on behand of lenders, ensuring all parties are aware of situations, sending closing letters to borrowers, understanding and finding the best method to maximize the value of a distressed asset.
Development - Writing market reports, proformas, finding possible development sites using land insight and Savills maps, communicating with land owners.
Valuation - Becoming familiar with the valuation process, writing up valuation reports including, finding comparable evidence of subject properties, market condition research, Location situation analysis.

Yes, more towards the end however i felt that i was responsible for working on live projects every day.
