Throughout the scheme, I was struck by how welcoming, approachable, and supportive everyone at Savills was. From the very beginning, the team made a genuine effort to include me in discussions, answer my questions, and ensure that I gained as much as possible from the experience.

I was constantly surrounded by professionals who were actively involved in market reports, transactions, and industry discussions. This exposure allowed me to develop a deeper appreciation of the factors that influence the property sector and highlighted the importance of staying informed in a dynamic and ever-evolving market.
During the scheme, I was also given the opportunity to attend a number of site visits, which significantly enhanced my understanding of areas such as commercial valuation. In particular, visits across Manchester and Liverpool provided valuable first-hand exposure to the valuation process in practice. Seeing how surveyors assess different buildings and consider a range of factors when determining value gave me a much clearer understanding of the profession and reinforced my interest in this area of real estate.
