Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Positive, it's been an enjoyable first job with a good work-life balance and friendly team.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Systems Engineer, focussed on process documentation, managing system design. I've enjoyed parts where I've had to engage my problem-solving skills, such as formalising design processes.

Working from home, good pension scheme and shares scheme are valuable, though the salary is too low.

I would like to get wider experience outside the limited scope of systems engineering. The job keeps graduates in a single role for the full 18 months which can make this difficult.
